I read once, “Haters are Secret π€ Admirers”.
YES they ARE! π€£
π You might disagree with me, but trust me, or at least believe they are secret admirersγ; it makes your life easier and theirs harder π .
Don’t you just hate that people who are consistently negative β or critical towards someone might be driven by hidden admiration or jealousy? Honestly, the idea is that these “haters” could concentrate their energy on you because they see something they can’t be! Like your qualities, success, or potential in you that they admire, desire, feel threatened by, or possibly just hate themselves! π
However, it’s vital to understand that not all criticism or negativity arises from admiration or envy. Constructive criticism can be helpful in growth and improvement.
Just like my friend Dr. Fouad M. Alame said to me once, “Feedback is a Gift” π . Powerful πͺ right? It takes maturity to appreciate the feedback. It’s crucial to differentiate between helpful feedback and destructive one, just unnecessary negativity. Somebody might behave negatively due to their own personal issues or insecurities.
Knowing how and when to handle criticism constructively π is valuable; choosing when it’s practical for self-improvement and just destructive should be ignored.
